My Account
Should I create an account?
Yes. It’s quick and simple. And you can view previous orders, manage shipping addresses and gift registries. Plus your information is solely for the private use of NYBagelAndBialy and will NEVER be sold to any other company.
How do I create an account?
Just click on My Account, enter your email address and check "I want to create an account". Type in a password and fill out the information requested and you’re done. It’s that easy.
Can I edit my account?
You can edit your personal information at any time. You can also manage your gift registries, update shipping addresses, view previous orders, etc. Just log in to My Account.
What if I forget my password?
Just go to My Account and underneath the Account Log In, click on "forgot your password?" It will be emailed to you immediately.
Order Status
Can I change or cancel my order?
In most instances, unfortunately, you will not be able to change or cancel your order because of the swift processing to ensure timely deliver. However, if you specified a future delivery date for your package, or if you placed your order after 11:00pm (EST) on a Thursday, please Contact Us immediately for assistance.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship the following business day after they are placed. Please click on the Shipping Info link above for all the details.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Simply log into My Account and click on "View Previous Orders". Then select the order you wish to track and scroll down until you see the shipment information along with FED EX tracking number. Then log on to FEDEX.com and key in the tracking number to view shipping details. (Additionally, you will automatically receive tracking details directly from FED EX and NY Bagel and Bialy once your order is on its way.)
What if the recipient is not available at delivery time?
We strongly urge you to make sure the recipient is aware of the delivery date for prompt retrieval to ensure freshness. All orders with perishable items (i.e. cream cheese, lox) are packed in a separate container inside the shipping box and do include ice packs. NY Bagel And Bialy is not responsible for orders that are left unattended or undeliverable to a location due to unavailable recipients. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the products purchased are sent to a location, whether residential or commercial, where someone is there to accept the package. Although we do instruct the shipping carrier to leave all packages at the shipping address location even if recipient is unavailable, enforcement of this request is at the discretion of the individual transit carrier servicing the local route.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
Once you have determined that your order has been delivered correctly but you believe there may be a problem with the order, please Contact Us for immediate assistance.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, but there is a charge of $10.00 for placing orders over the phone. This charge is there to cover employee cost for entering all your information for you over the phone.
Pricing & Payment
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping charges are based upon weight and location of package. They will be automatically calculated prior to submitting your order. Please note that we strive to obtain the best possible price for delivery of your items while delivering them fresh and in a timely fashion.
How do I use my Gift Certificate or Promotional Discount?
If you are using a gift certificate or promotional discount, you will have the opportunity to enter it on the "payment and other information" page in your shopping cart, prior to entering your credit card information on the final page.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed to ensure quick delivery.
What is your refund policy?
Orders may be cancelled prior to processing by contacting us at 516-946-4460 (10am-6pm EST/excluding holidays) or by emailing bagels@nybagelandbialy.com. No Refunds will be given once your order has been processed for shipment.

Is my credit card information safe?

To safeguard such information, our website if protected with 256-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. Furthermore, we do not store any credit card data on our servers at any time.

We collect your information in order to personalize your site experience and to better service your requests. This also enables us to administer any promotional events and discounts that we periodically offer to our customers.
